Epaflex was founded in 1991 in Cassolnovo (Italy) as a system house dedicated to manufacture and
supply polyurethane systems to the footwear industry. Over the years Epaflex grew continuosly and
differentiated its activities, by adding production of TPU granules to serve a wide range of industries,
and production of PU chemicals and systems for CASE applications.
Together with the mother company Elachem, located in Vigevano (Italy), Epaflex forms a powerful and
sizeable integrated industrial group, with a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant of saturated polyester
resins. This upstream integration provides Epaflex scale, control and flexibility to play a competitive role
in the global TPU market.

EPAMOULD TPU range is specifically designed to meet the performance requirements of customers who process TPU via injection molding technologies and includes products from 66 Shore A to 69 Shore D, articulated over 4 different product series:
Epamould 100 series
based on polyester chemistry, offers higher fluidity and superior UV resistance
Epamould 200 series
based on polyester chemistry, combines superior hydrolytic stability with excellent mechanical properties
Epamould 600 series
based on polyester chemistry, offers excellent mouldability
Epamould 700 series
based on polyether chemistry, offers premium hydrolytic stability and resistance to microbial attack
