WA 126

cleaner for industrial use

Description

WA 126 is a non-toxic, low-volatility and non-flammable replacement of methylene chloride, used for flushing of mixing head of low-pressure pouring machines for polyurethane.

Removes some kinds of stains (polyeter resin or epoxy resin).

Can be applied to remove paints.

Additional information

The use of flushing agent for mixing head of low-pressure pouring machine for polyurethane requires the use of gaskets made of TEFLON, NEOPRENE or EPDM in the flushing circuit.

Gaskets made of the VITON A, VITON B, natural rubber are not resistant enought.

CLEANER 131

Solvent mixture.

Description

Recommended for fast cleaning in ambient temperatures.

Removes cured polyurethane and residues of release agents from moulds and tools (e.g. parts of mixing head).

Safe for metal components. In case of resin components do not leave for more than 10 min.

THIXON 422 solvent-based adhesive

Description

THIXON 422 is an mono-component adhesive (primer) applied in processing of castable polyurethane or thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers that enhances the adhesion of polyurethane to metal or thermoplastic materials like polyamide or polyester.

Properties

THIXON 422 features high temperature and hydrolysis resistance. Does not contain heavy metals.

Phthalate-free pigment pastes

ICOPOR ECO B series

A pigment suspension in a phthalate-free plasticizer to be added in quantities of up to 1% wt. relative to the total weight of the polyurethane system components.

The paste may be mixed with a polyol component or may be fed through a separate line to the mixing head (no thinning is necessary).

The paste is not reactive. It does not affect the stoichiometry.

SUPER RELEASE S

Polymer mixture characterised by excellent slide and release properties, with a solvent-based carrier.

Intended use: mould release agent, especially hard-to-reach areas

Semi-permanent release agent used for moulded polyurethane elastomer products and many types of rubber mixtures, as: VITON – EPDM – SBR – NR – NBR – VMQ – BIIR – CR – AU – EU – BR – IR – IIR. 

Does not contain matting agents.

Silicone-basedrelease agent of high concentration.

Application modality: spray, paintbrush or cloth

Intended use: mould release agent

High-performance, non-toxic, anti-adhesion agent applicable with cloth, painbrush or spray (spray kit included in our offer). Does not leave residues and “rings” on the mould. Suitable for moulds with easy-to-reach surfaces. For hard-to-reach areas we recommend to thin the product, for example with white spirit or release agent of low concentration INT 2440B.

CPD 98 DO 22

Silicone based release agent of medium concentration in isoalkane carrier.

Application modality: spray, paintbrush or cloth.

Intended use: mould release agent
Release agent of medium concentration for application by cloth, paintbrush, or spray (spray kit included in our offer). Does not leave residues or “rings” on mould surface. Performs excellently on moulds. Can be modified with silicone based release agents of higher or lower concentration (CPD HD 80 F or INT 2440 B). The product does not contain matting agents.

Silicone based release agent of low concentration in isoalkane carrier.

Application modality: spray, paintbrush or cloth

Intended use: mould release agent, including hard-to-reach areas

Performs excellently on moulds with hard-to-reach areas. Can be modified with silicone based release agents of higher-concentration (CPD 98 DO 22 or CPD HD 80 F). The product does not contain matting agents.
