The Website Operator warrants the confidentiality of all the provided personal data. He also ensures appropriate measures of personal data security, required by provisions about the protection of personal data. The gathered data is not shared with third parties unless agreed upon with the user. The personal data are being processed only in European Union.

Our Website gathers and processes personal data after the authorisation of the person that fills in the contact form and in the events prescribed in legal provisions, that authorize the service Operator to process personal data on the basis of the legal provisions or with the aim to implement an agreement concluded between the parties of the contract.

Personal data is provided voluntarily, but it is necessary to make a contact request.

-      our accountants

-      law firms or debt collection companies operating on our behalf.

In addition, we can forward the data to courier companies and Poczta Polska. We can be also obligated to provide the data to public authorities or institutions authorised to demand access to the data.
