SUPER RELEASE S
A polymer blend with excellent slip and release properties, in solvent-based aerosol form.
Application: mold surface, including hard-to-reach areas
Semi-permanent release agent used in production of molded polyurethane elastomer products and various rubber compounds such as: VITON – EPDM – SBR – NR – NBR – VMQ – BIIR – CR – AU – EU – BR – IR – IIR.
Silicone-free and non-matteing.
Commercial packaging – 500ml aerosol (carton of 12 units)
CPD HD 80 F
Highly concentrated silicone preparation.
Application: by spray, brush or cloth
Use: mold surface
High-performance, non-toxic release agent for application by cloth, brush or spray (spray kit available). Leaves no residue or "streaks" on molds. Ideal for molds with easily accessible surfaces. For molds with hard-to-reach areas, product dilution is recommended, e.g. with low-extraction gasoline or low-concentration INT 2440B release agent.
Non-matteing.

CPD 98 DO 22
Medium-concentration silicone preparation in isoalkane carrier.
Application: by spray, brush or cloth
Use: mold surface.
INT 2440 B
Low-concentration silicone preparation in isoalkane carrier.
Application: by spray, brush or cloth
Use: mold surface, including hard-to-reach areas
Low-concentration release agent for application by cloth, brush or spray (spray kit available). Leaves no residue or "streaks" on molds. Performs exceptionally well for molds with hard-to-reach surfaces. Can be modified with more concentrated silicone release agents (CPD 98 DO 22 or CPD HD 80 F).
Non-matteing.
