ELASTOTECH, seria EL

This machine combines DOW Hyperlat's expertise in PU elastomers and SAIP's experience in PU machine design. It is SAIP's latest solution for customers interested in elastomer production – i.e. those wishing to embark on it or expand it. Elastotech EL is a low-pressure machine, haivng an output of 8 -20 kg/min, fully equipped with instrumentation and software. It is designed for the production of MDI-based elastomers. The maximum working temperature: 80°C. Three-component models allow for elastomers with different hardness levels to be produced simultaneously. Color dosing capability. The tanks are equipped with a vacuum pump and a nitrogen „blanket”.
